Items not on this list continue to have the 30 day replacement and 10 day money back guarantee.

Teachers, schools and nonprofits who purchase any of the laptops and LCD displays listed below receive a replacement guarantee* that will last until June 31st 2024:

If equipment fails to work , is not repairable and if it is determined that the equipment has not been mistreated by the user, it will be replaced without cost. If an exact model is not available, a model of comparable quality will be offered. This guarantee does not include the loss of data, diminished battery life, viruses nor the failure of the Operating System.
